Our enquiry forms collect your name, email address, optional contact and company details, the service or country you select, and your message. Career applications also include the CV you upload. Please share only information needed for your enquiry.
How we use it
Codex & Co. uses this information to assess and respond to enquiries, consider applications, maintain relevant records and protect the website from misuse. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in the website database. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. Uploaded CVs are stored privately and quarantined until a malware scan clears them. Hosting and email providers may process data as needed to operate the service. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, engagement or applicable obligations.
Cookies and external services
This website uses session and security cookies for forms and administration. It does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are served locally. The ERP portal and external map links are separate services with their own privacy practices.
Your requests
To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or discuss deletion, contact info@codexandco.com. We may need to verify your identity and consider applicable record-keeping obligations.
